About HSSD Logistics

HSSD Logistics acts only as a freight forwarder for and on behalf of its client. The forwarding commission is included in the price quoted by HSSD Logistics and accepted by the client. All activities undertaken by HSSD Logistics are subject to the Belgian Forwarding Conditions of the Fenex, with the exception of the arbitration clause. In addition to the Belgian Forwarding Conditions, the Supplementary Conditions of HSSD Logistics shall apply. In the event of contradictions between the Belgian Forwarding Conditions and the Additional Conditions, the Additional Conditions shall prevail. The legal relations between clients and HSSD Logistics shall be governed by Belgian law and all disputes shall be settled exclusively by the competent court in Antwerp. All orders accepted by HSSD Logistics shall be executed under rejection of all conditions that the client may wish to impose. HSSD Logistics shall not be liable for customs duties, levies, etc. All orders accepted by HSSD Logistics shall be executed under rejection of any conditions that the customer may wish to impose.

All HSSD Logistics contracts shall always be governed by Belgian law and the HSSD Logistics General Conditions of Carriage. For all disputes between HSSD Logistics and the subcontractor, the Court of Antwerp shall have no exclusive jurisdiction. All conditions that the subcontractor wishes to impose are rejected. HSSD Logisitcs shall not be liable for customs duties, levies, etc.
